About Newport Point
This stylish Newport Beach, Ca home, built by coastal architect legend, Eric Aust, is waiting to be your relaxing beach getaway with a modern touch. Carefully appointed on the North end of the Newport Beach Peninsula, this stunning home provides views of both the ocean and bay and also the serenity of a green grass park from the common living area. High-end comfort-focused accommodations including Air Conditioning and Heat, Westin Heavenly Beds, White Oak Floors, Bertazzoni appliances throughout the kitchen, a free-standing oversized bathtub, rooftop deck equipped with a 75” TV, fire pit, BBQ and all the accessories you’ll need to enjoy the beauty of the West Coast.

+ SLEEPS 8 PEOPLE
Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One King room, one Queen room, and one room with a Queen and Twin bunk bed. We also have a twin daybed in the entry way to accommodate one extra person.
+ 3 DESIGNATED PARKING SPACES
Designated parking in Newport Beach is so rare. We have a spacious 2-car garage that can fit a full sized SUV as well as space in the driveway for a 3rd vehicle.
+ ROOFTOP WITH BBQ & FIREPIT
Our rooftop deck has stunning views of both the ocean as well as the bay. Entertain your friends or family around the 75 in TV while BBQing or cozying up around the firepit. Do not miss the sunset!! Pour a glass of wine and watch the sky light up. It's our favorite way to end the day.
+ FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The sleek kitchen is complete with quartz counter tops, a large island, European style cabinetry, and stainless Bertazzoni 5-burner range and refrigerator. Here you will also find fully stocked cabinets with dishes and glassware for 8 as well as wine glasses (and other beverage glasses), a coffee maker, a toaster, blender, pots and pans and much more.
+ NEXT TO CHANNEL PARK
Directly across the street from the house is the beautiful Channel Park. It has a large grass area, basketball court, kid-friendly playground and easy sand beach access for Paddle Boarding in the bay.
+ AIR CONDITIONING
Air conditioning in Newport is such a rare find. AND WE HAVE IT!! We also have heat for those winter days that get a touch too cold.
+ BIKES & BEACH ACCESSORIES
Our garage is equipped with beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, a cooler for your snacks, and a wagon for transporting it all.
+ BAY ACCESS
Walk out the front door of our home and walk directly across the street and you'll be met with a sandy beach access for Paddle Boarding in the bay.
+ FOOD & SHOPS IN WALKING DISTANCE
One of our favorite attributes of the house is the location to everything, including some of the BEST food and shops in walking distance. There's no need for a car when everything you need is in perfect proximity to the house. We've put together a growing list of local yelp recommendations that we love in the area.
+ 25 MINUTES FROM DISNEYLAND
Take your vacation to the next level with a day trip to Disneyland. You can get to the Mouse House within 25 minutes, as long as traffic cooperates, and we know it’ll make your trip a little more magical.

Whether it’s an occasion to celebrate, a moment of rest or a chance to recover the soul; we’ve experienced a little of all of that here in Newport Beach.
As natives, born and raised in the area, we have big love for all that the West Coast offers. + CAN I STAY LESS THAN 30 DAYS?
Not at this time. Because of COVID-19, The city of Newport Beach is under an "emergency ordinance", and therefore is not issuing any new short term lodging permits at this time.
+ IS IT KID FRIENDLY?
Yes. Kids are welcome and there’s great experiences for the kids included. Channel Park, directly across the street from the house has a large grass area, basketball court, swings, and play set. There’s also bay access. It’s a small and quiet little beach for the littles to enjoy.
+ DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
It’s a case by case bases and all pets are required to be pre-approved to be onsite. Approved pets will generate an additional cleaning fee and deposit.
+ WILL MY SUV FIT IN THE GARAGE?
Yes. The garage parking can fit one full sized SUV and the driveway can fit one too. We have a total of 3 designated parking spots. 2 cars can fit in the garage and one in the driveway.
+ DO YOU OFFER BEACH TOYS/AMENITIES?
YES! We’ve got you covered with beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys for the kids, wagon for transporting stuff, boogie boards and paddle boards for the bay too.
+ HOW CLOSE IS DISNEYLAND?
You can get to the Mouse House within 25 minutes, as long as traffic cooperates, and we know it’ll make your day a little more magical.
+ ANY RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATIONS?

+ WHAT IS THE BEACH LIKE?
The beach by the house, is a great beach most days. Great sand, decent waves, Lifeguard on duty in peak season & nice to be slightly North of the boardwalk for a little more serenity.
